Dynamic Data Base-Dynamic Situation Modeling (DDB-DSM)

IET developed the Tactical Site, Group and Unit Detection and Aggregation (TSGUDA) architecture for DARPA's next generation fusion technology. For DDB, IET has developed probabilistic models that fuse information from disparate sources. While real-time data from MTI, SIGINT, and IMINT are key to the accurate portrayal of a military situation, the DDB models also incorporate prior knowledge from the order of battle and terrain. IET has incorporated these models into its Quiddity*Suite of tools - Quiddity*Modeler. Quiddity*Modeler is the knowledge base for a situation-generation engine. This engine generates hypotheses from a data stream in real time. Hypotheses capture the key uncertainties in the military situation.
